Absolutely. Each item in our collection is carefully selected for both quality and ethical production standards. From our organic cotton bed sheets to our hand-poured candles, we prioritize partners who share our commitment to responsible craftsmanship.
Our premium bed linens deserve gentle care:

- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
- Tumble dry on low or line dry for best results
- Iron on medium heat if needed

We process orders quickly to get your home essentials to you promptly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process (typically within 4 hours of ordering).
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions and never store your full payment details on our servers. PayPal transactions are processed through their secure platform.
Common reasons include:

Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Our Florida-based team carefully packages each order with the same care we’d want for our own homes.
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
While we carefully estimate delivery times, occasional delays can occur with international shipping. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Haven Home item. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply for hygiene-related products like bath mats.
Please email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our team will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
We take great care in packaging your items, but if something arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage and packaging to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
