  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Affix the return label and ship to:

International customers: Return shipping is at your expense. Please use a trackable method and mark customs documentation as “RETURNED GOODS”.

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your return status.

Refund & Exchange Details

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process
